Let's take a look inside our showroom.
First, let's have a look at my showroom and check out our machines.
Here, you’ll see our three models of UV DTF printers:
This one here is A3 size UV DTF printers，30x50 size.
This one here is A2 size, which is slightly larger，40x60 size.
And this one over here is A1 size, an even bigger printer at 60x90.
All three models come with five key features:
The first feature is printing cylindrical bottles.
With our fixture, printing is possible.
The second feature is printing Gold foil hot stamping effect on flat surfaces,
creating a golden appearance. Let's take a look over here.
The third feature is printing on flat materials
such as phone cases and acrylic boards, offering a double-sided color-white-color effect.
The fourth feature is printing UV DTF Film Sticker,
which can be cut out and applied to various items.
Lastly, the fifth feature is the visual positioning function.
You can place the object anywhere,
and the camera under the machine will scan
and locate the card's position for automatic printing.
This is the visual positioning function.
The five major features we just mentioned are all listed here.
This is our showroom with all the machines.
Next, let's introduce this laser marking machine.
It cannot print colors but is mainly used for custom logos on metal materials.
The row of machines here are laser marking machine，
three different models of UV DTF printers, each with five functions.
Alright, let's turn around and take a look.
Moving on, here’s our roll-to-roll UV DTF printer.
It can only print UV DTF film stciker on roll materials.
Check its print colors.
They are very vivid. This is roll-to-roll UV DTF printer.
Look at this one,So what's the difference with this one?
Multifunctional /All color UV DTF Printer can do gold and silver foil printing. It can handle gold, silver, and regular colors.
Look at the pattern printed here; we can add gold and silver effects to specific areas. After printing, it can be applied to all kinds of items. See, here is the gold and silver effect.
So what’s the difference between these two machines?
This one can produce gold and silver colors,
as well as regular colors.
The other one can only do regular colors.
As for these two machines,
they can only print UV DTF film stciker
they can’t print anything else.
Now let's look at these machines over here.
This row of machines is all related to clothing and apparel.
The machines we just saw, the UV DTF printers, cannot make clothes.
This row is specifically for making clothes.
So, what are the differences between these different machines?
Let me give you an introduction.
This is our DTF printer.
Its printing principle involves first printing on a film,
then shaking off excess powder and drying it.
The final product comes out this way.
Notice the vibrant colors after printing.
Once done, cut out the pattern and press it onto clothes,
canvas bags, t-shirts, etc.,
resulting in very vivid colors.
This is DTG&DTF Two-in-one Printer:
For DTG (Direct to Garment), it can direct print on light-colored cotton T-shirts.
For DTF (Direct to Film), it prints DTF film .Print one by one.
After printing, you need to manually shake off the excess powder,
then cure it using a dryer.
The process then becomes similar to the standard DTF process - using a heat press to transfer the film onto all types of garments.
Come this way, this is the heat press machine.
There are both single and double station heat press machines.
The DTF film heat pressing and drying we mentioned earlier is done with this machine.
Now let's take a look at our DTG printer.
This printer can print all colors T-shirts, but the tshirt must be made of cotton. It cannot print on various fabrics; it only works on materials that are 70% cotton or more.
The DTG printer produces vibrant colors
and is particularly breathable and comfortable.
This machine is specifically designed for printing on cotton T-shirts.
Look at the samples we printed above;
the colors are extremely vibrant.
To summarize, this DTG printer can print all colors on cotton T-shirts.
This is a dryer,
and this is a heat press machine.
This can print on light-colored T-shirts, such as white ones, as well as on DTF film sheets. And this one here is specifically designed for printing on DTF film. So, all these machines over here are used for making clothes and garments.
Now let's look at our samples.
These were all printed with UVDTF printers.
Here is visual positioning printing.
This is an acrylic photo frame,
and this glass bottle printed by UV DTF film sticker.
There are phone cases, stones, small USB drives, all printed with visual positioning.
Over here, this is cylindrical cup printed by gold foil UV DTF film sticker .
Even nails and coated paper can be printed.
The colors are very vivid.
Let's take another look.
Wood can be directly printed on, and so can tiles.
So, UVDTF printers can print on everything except clothes.
Let's summarize again.
Over here, we have three UV DTF printers for printing on all hard materials.
And over here, we have our DTF DTG printers for clothing and apparel.
