the color combination of light gray and dark gray.
The model name is silk-screened on the appearance of the machine.
The appearance design of the nozzle cover is in a unified style.
There are many small details that you can discover slowly!
The most intuitive difference between the three machines is the printing size.
The printing size of A1 is 9060 cm, and the printing height is 18 cm.
The printing size of A3 is 3050 cm, and the printing height is 15 cm.
The printing size of A2 is 40*60 cm, and the printing height is 20 cm.
Except for the machine size, the internal structure and main components of the machine are the same.
They are all equipped with Honson Board, all-aluminum vacuum table, and 2 Epson xp600 printheads.
They can print seven colors: C, M, Y, K, W, Varnish, and gold varnish
You can choose the machine according to the printing size you want!
Although the size is different, they all have five major printing functions. Now let me introduce in detail:
The first function: printing all flat materials:
Such as mobile phone cases, glass, tiles, acrylic, canvas, leather, wood, and so on. Let's take a look at the printing colors and effects.
The second function: camera visual positioning function.
This is an optional function (A1 needs an additional $2,000, and A2 and A3 need an additional $1,000).
Objects can be placed randomly on the printing platform.
The camera with visual positioning function can recognize the position and outline of the object.
Only one pattern needs to be positioned, and the rest will be automatically matched and aligned.
The alignment is very accurate, and the printing color is very bright.
Even such small fonts can be printed very clearly.
This greatly saves the time for placing objects and improves the printing efficiency.
The third function: printing UV DTF Film Sticker.
Let me show you the whole process:
1: First print on this FILM A.
Do you see this effect? The color is very vivid, and there is also a shiny varnish effect. You can also see this embossed three-dimensional effect.
2: After printing, pass through this laminating machine and cover it with FILM B.
3: Then cut out the required pattern, tearring off FILM A, then sticking it on surface of any materials you want (generally except clothes).
4: Let's try it. Stick it on this mug. After sticking, press it and then tear off film B.
5: Well, do you see this effect? It's perfect.
The fourth function: printing cylinder materials.
Add a cylinder tray, and you can print cylindrical materials.
This is an optional accessory for $200. Let's take a look at this printing effect.
The fifth function: printing hot stamping effect.
Print Golden varnish on the position where golden effects is needed.
Then, by this laminating machine, cover the golden film on the place where the golden varnish is printed.
Then tear off the gold film, and the gold effect will stay on the position we want.
